A Legacy for Women’s and LBTIQ+’s Rights

You want your commitment to women, girls and LBTIQ+ to have an effect even after your death? You can fulfill this wish by making a will. There are various ways in which you can remember filia in your will: For example, you can bequeath a percentage of your assets to our fund or name it as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy; you can also bequeath real estate to the fund. Under German law, filia is exempt from tax and can therefore use everything you give or bequeath for its work.

Last Will

Decide for yourself: Everything that you want to decide and regulate yourself outside the legal succession and compulsory shares, you can determine with a will, handwritten and privately deposited or notarized and kept. You can appoint all natural and legal persons as heirs, thus also associations or funds. You can change your will at any time.

Legacy

A legacy is part of the will and is stipulated there. The heirs must comply with the provisions of the bequest. You can donate a certain amount or a percentage (e.g. 20 percent) of your assets to filia – either as an endowment (i.e. into the capital) or as a donation for the current work. In this way, you are helping filia in a special way.

Life Insurance

You can use filia as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy.

Real Estate

You can bequeath real estate to filia tax-free. Especially in times of financial crisis, debt-free real estate is a safe investment.
